If your honey supplier doesn’t have a CIFA Licence you cannot be sure what you’re getting. A CFIA licence is a guarantee of cleanliness, quality and traceability. CFIA is short for Canada Food Inspection Agency.

Raw Ontario Honey Glass Jar Canada No. 3

Never heated or filtered.  All of our raw honey is put into jars during harvest.  We extract the honey and let it rest in tanks so all the impurities rise to the top or fall to the bottom.  This amazing honey has all the beneficial enzymes with which it was infused by the bees and all of the pollen  It retains all the medicinal qualities for which raw honey is known.  Raw honey belongs to Canada No. 3 because it is unfiltered.  Our Raw honey has beautiful taste, and colour, with its low moisture level it would quailify for Canada No. 1 except it is not filtered.

Creamed Unpasteurized Honey Glass Jar Canada No. 1 White

Delicious Ontario Honey is used in our controlled granulation process to produce a pure natural solid creamy smooth spreadable honey.  It is great on fruits, toast, bagels or just a spoon.  All of Summer’s Gold Honey Company honey is unpasteurized.  We warm our honey slightly to help with filtering and packaging.  All the nutrients, vitamins, natural yeast, enzymes and pollen are still in the honey.
